Benjamin Dale

Ben joined Angular Legal from an international software development company where he was Director of Business Affairs. He successfully led deal teams there for numerous multi-million dollar investments, partnerships and other strategic initiatives primarily in disruptive technologies.

Ben is a director of Angular Legal and also Angular Advisory, a sister company he runs specialising in M&A and business advisory services, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as well as a formidable global network.

Previously Ben had his own consultancy advising various online leisure and gaming operators, investment groups and service providers focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities. Prior to that, he was International Business Development Director at Ladbrokes PLC responsible for growth of the business in new markets worldwide and also ran a technology start-up as its chief operating officer. Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2000 having trained at Simmons & Simmons in London before moving to Bird & Bird in their corporate department and then to Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Mobile as senior commercial legal counsel.

Ben has a degree in History and Politics from the University of Leeds and also attended the College of Law. He enjoys playing and watching (almost) all sport and exploring new places home and abroad with his family.
