Grace Bamgbala

Grace graduated from Aston University in 2023 with a LLB Law Degree and also completed a placement year at Pinsent Masons as a corporate paralegal, where she assisted with due diligence tasks including data room management, Companies House searches and for the purpose of post completion, assisted with tasks including Companies House filing, updating statutory books and compiling post completion bibles.
Grace then moved into the Property team where she assisted with Land Registry Searches and preparing deeds and leases before execution. Following that she gained experience working as a Paralegal at Natwest Markets, reviewing rulebooks for trading venues for the purpose of ensuring that Natwest Market’s traders are remaining compliant with their obligations. Currently, after recently joining Angular Legal, Grace drafts and reviews commercial contracts and agreements.
Outside of work, Grace loves to travel with her friends and family and loves to try new food spots.
