Lolade Abidoye

Lolade is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Team.

She has over seven years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across our client’s sectors, along with supporting on intellectual property matters and corporate transactions such as acquisitions and company restructures.

Lolade Abidoye graduated with a Law (LLB Hons) degree from the University of Southampton and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She was Angular Legal’s first trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.

Prior to joining Angular Legal, Lolade honed her legal expertise working in-house across the technology and software development sectors, where she witnessed first-hand how legal strategies must remain dynamic to adapt to innovation.

This continues to inform her approach to matters today: focusing on understanding client’s operations, product cycles, and commercial goals to deliver commercially-focused legal solutions.

Outside of work, Lolade enjoys international travel, and attending live concerts and festivals.
