Patrice Rodrigue is a qualified solicitor and compliance expert, admitted in Quebec, Canada (2005), England and Wales (2011) and registered as a Legal Consultant in the United Arab Emirates (2020).
With over 20 years of experience, he has built a strong track record in the gaming, E-commerce, software development and FinTech sectors. His expertise includes developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures, as well as advising clients on a wide range of regulatory matters in the E-commerce space.
Patrice has served as Senior Legal Analyst and in-house counsel at Vixio (gamblingcompliance.com), and was previously Head of Legal and Compliance for a UK lottery operator. Over the two decades, he has also acted as Compliance Officer for a number of regulated businesses. As Angular Legal’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), he ensures compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations across the business.
Patrice holds law degrees from Laval University (LLB), Queen Mary University of London (LLM), and the University of Oxford (MSc).
